I have been doing some looking around at site for racing leathers.
I have seen both 1 and 2 piece suits, both are approximately the same price.

So I saw an add for a one piece suit, for 395.00, now before you goff at it, the original price was listed as 1195.00.

Reading the features, it has all the things the higher priced suits do, 1.5mm thick, double stitch areas, knee sliders, pocket for back protection, liner and etc.

Now the question is first, is this for real?

Second, Can anyone give me some good advice as to what are the key components to a set of leathers?

G.M.D. Computrack Boston and Sportbike Technology will be in garage 19 South all week end, we work through Saturday night, then race on Sunday. Deb can also get you the IXS gear from Motorace, she is one of their dealers.

I agree, motophoria is awesome gear. I've been wearing them since they were Deathrage(too bad for the name change), and I love their stuff. I have a 2 piece jacket pants combo for the street which I love, but for racing I've found it to be a bit bulky. Of course my stuff is designed for the street, not racing.

For racing I just picked up an Alpinestars stage 1 piece suit which should arrive next Thursday or so, hopefully just in time for the next race weekend!

(pete is a poop head) I'll be pitted in with the CBR guys. Looks for a silver Tacoma with a battleship grey painted tiny camping trailer. And many cases of beer strewn about.

You can see my IXS Hawk 2-piece that I got from UberDave. It's good shit. He knows his stuff and won't lead you astray.
