Dosen't Doc already have a race license? I don't think you need a license to attend practice on Thur or Friday.

Also, I did not realize you could do the rookie race all the first season, or, more than once.

so, if you have a license, you could show up on Thursday, or Friday and practice.

Correct, all you need is a Racing School Cert that's less than a year old.

You can do the Rookie Race once if you are a Rookie Racer. Doc couldn't run April LRRS then try and do the Rookie Race in May.

But I may be able to do the rookie race in April even though I did one in Arizona in January.

Yes you can. Just go over to the Penguin Garage when the call for the Rookie Race signups, talk to Jackie and/or Cathy, explain your situation, and you are good to go.
