I kept looking at it and saying " I gotta take that tire off so Peter can put the new one on". As a matter of fact, I said that today. The new tire is right beside me.

it's a long and some what expensive list.

new rear sets... i left most of the last set in the turn 6 gravel.
new clip ons.... now both wrists are at the same angle, what a thought.
tore engine apart checked tolerances... no rebuild needed... yet.
replaced bent and broken clutch lever and front brake lever
new reeds
new tires
engineered new front brake resivior mount from old plumbers strap.
installed new front brake resivior
fixed HRC plastic hose rear brake resivior
ditched remains of air box and reconfigure crank breather vent catch can and hose (now with niffty one way valve)
rebuilt and adjust carbs.... still waiting on new jets.
adjusted chain
flipped gague cluster around so i can actually see the engine temp while on
the bike.
cleaned up wiring harness.
bled brakes with fancy racing fluid
fiberglassed front upper back together
repainted leftside of fairings to hide crash damage.
put on stickers

....i'm sure i'm forgeting something.... it was a busy winter.

New secret front master cylinder, new forks with emulators and springs. Hopefully a nice paint job and a rear shock rebuild before the 1st weekend.

I haven't tried it on the Moto plastics, I always use ArmorAll for the offroad stuff.
Pledge brings out the best looking finish on the matt black colors on the R7. All the plastic and painted parts I can get my hands on, get a coat of pledge on that bike. I still glaze and wax the painted areas once or twice a year, but pledge brings the best shine

Although tonight, in a grand effort, I took the front knobby off and put the tard wheel on. That took me a whole 10 minutes. I'm wrecked now.

Thats the same reason I haven't taken my front tire off. I'm not going to be exhausted for the rest of the day.
