You know you're ready for race season when...

So I was on my way to Clayton's house on Saturday w/ my bike on the trailer. I knew I was ready for the race season when I rounded a corner, saw a guy doing yard work right by the road w/ his back to the street & thought to myself "Jesus Christ! That guy's right in a crash zone!"

At least it's April now

You look at your bike that still has number plates on it without bodywork and think "Aw whatever, I'll just run it without bodywork again."

you look at the hole in the sole of your boot and think 'yeh, the shock rebuild was way more important'

you listen to the fuel pump in your jeep making almost as much noise at the radio and think 'i really need to get the racebike back together'
