I can't wait for friday practice and racing this weekend. I pray to the weather gods for a nice dry weekend as should we all.

Bike is all set and ready to go with the exception of the radiator cap safety wired. I also gota get some numbers. Where can I get some numbahs prior to race weekend?

I got some slicks mounted up thanks to Oreo_n2whodoesn'trunslicks for a mad deal. Oil all changed, New Regina chain from Kates (Regina is good shit) if you can afford it. I got some crazy zrxwcp-ring chain, new brakes pads front and rear. New 13 dollar spark plug. WTF when did spark plugs get to be 13 dollars?

I have the piston and rings in a box but when I checked the valve clearances they were within spec so eff it buttoned it back up and at the next check if they need adjustment then I will do the piston. I have it registered for the road so I have been playing with the jetting doing speed runs on the highway. Actually went down 1 jets size and she runs much better.

I got home, pulled the bikes outta the garage, emptied the icebox (it was a shed all winter), changed over the trailer hitch for the truck, got the mail on the pitbike, fixed up the air compressor (CBR guys, Brent, Liz, etc, I have a compressor, no need to bring yours).

I sat on the bike yesterday once all the bodywork was on and went into a full tuck. It felt goooooood.

It's weird, I feel pretty nervous about racing this season. Same as when I was about to start racing. I'm confident that just like last year, that feeling will go away once I head out for first practice on Saturday morning

valvestem has one that belongs to NESR.
2nd--that area is reserved for LOW DOWN RACING---not CheapBitchRacing although we MAY allow you to pit NEAR us!!
3rd--Seenacock19 is NOT part of LDR but we ALLOW him to pit next to us
4th--the only LDR members moving to the garages are Jay + Nazo which will only last until Kates gets fed up enough to make them go away
5th--KB SUCKS
6th--read this again + LEARN it!!!

Yeah, but don't Novices have seconds when it comes to pit spaces?

I only ask because you have been racing for a few years now and must know from experience in dealing with Novices.

the longer you've been racing at the track, the higher up on pit selection you get!! BUT ALSO---the current LDR pit site was handed off by NESR [when they had a race team] + the torch was passed to LDR!!
this will be my 3rd year, + yes I've dealt with plenty of puke rookie novices !!
