Dumb novice questions

I just picked up a spare set of rims and want to have rains mounted this weekend. Do i have to call the tire vendor ahead of time for them to bring them or just show up at their garage at track? If I do have to call them....who do I have to call for Dunlops? Also, are they usually on site on Thursday or sometime on Friday?

Thanks

usually friday as far as i know....they'll probably have rains with them, but the way the weather looks they might sell fast, get to him early.

i dont run rains cuz i dont have spare rims, but i've heard of people looking to buy them and the venders being sold out lol

Rains run really short really quick up at the track, it's a good idea to call. All the vendors are probably up there already. I don't know the dunlop men but maybe someone on here has a number for them at the track or can swing by for you and get the tires. If not, get over there as soon as you can when you get to the track.

hopefully the 80 and 70% chance of no rain wins out. I really want to race but dont want to have to buy rains.
