Anyone know rider #701?

Looking to grab the name of rider #701 I think it was. He rode a Yellow 04 GSXR that went down in 8/9 did some 30 ft high somersaults and so on on Sunday. I know his wife or gf (not sure which and am giving him the benefit of the doubt that its not both ) corner works from time to time.

Me and two friends that corner worked this weekend ran into them at the Olive Garden Sunday night and talked to them about the weekend and how he was doing and so on and he of course thanked us for working. As we were eating, they were on their way out and he stopped by the table and threw down some money and said dinner was on him and thanked us all again. He wouldnt take the money back so we all agreed that we wanted to donate it in his name to the air fence fund but I gotta figure out his name first lol

I had a couple pics of his bike on the trailer getting towed off the track and when I went to go look at them I realized there was no subframe left so no numbers were visible lol. Anyone? Also in case im wrong on the number.. does anyone know what number that bike was?

Thanks!

-Lou

the bike was beat up badly but he was fine, im sure he is sore today but was in great spirits sunday night (and he was still sober..) I think his upper arm was sore though but yea he was doing well, no real injuries. He really did seem nice. I figure since he wouldnt take his money back the next best thing was to donate it so he could at least get some added benefit from it while making the place safer

I had the best view in the house, he lost the rear turning into eight right in front of me on the first lap, probably cold tire. As I came around 8 down into 9 I saw this bike 20ft up in the air coming at me. It was one of those things where the bike was coming down fast and didnt know if I should slow down or speed up to avoid the bike. I believe it landed in 9 then te cornerworkers moved it off. Nice guy I talked to him after, I told him i was glad he was ok. Hes pretty optimistic about the bike, he wouldnt be if he saw the tumble it took.

that guy is one of the nicest guys i've EVER met, by far. some of the stuff he's done for me to help out and keep me on the track after crashes seriously put me beyond words with his generosity.

i talked to him after that crash and he was laughing that he did the same thing i did in my last crash (which almost put me out for the season there was so much damage).
