Think hed take a 91 ex500 in trade? Its completely race prepped. It could probably run low 1:20s at Loudon.

Jeff has done a 1:17 on an EX500 I believe.

as much as i'd love to have that bike....i'm looking forward to building an 07 this winter (for less than $10k too haha, just not quite as much engine work)

I've been running a lot of numbers, and with the prices I've gotten I'm pretty sure I can build it for right around $7500 (salvage title) depending on the condition of the bike. Most of the parts I can get dirt cheap (helps to have a friend thats a dealer).

Sorry, but I'm not posting the kinda lap times that a sponsorship for an 848 require. Although I made some HUGE inroads last season, it's not nearly enough to make me want to race in the middleweight class.

I'll EASILY say that I'd NEVER race in that class. I have to work on Mondays, you guys are nuts. Come back to lightweight and play with us again...we had a blast in 2004/05.
