ABS bodywork etc


Is ABS good for track bodywork??

I keep seeing stuff like this onn ebay and IM wondering if anyonehas any exp with it, or knows anything about it.

that looks cool - isnt abs plastic the stuff on the interior of cars? and what phones are made of?

get it and never crash - then you won't ever need to know!

plastic has a tendency to shatter thats why they usually use fiberglass which can just be reglassed. Plastic can be glassed too but it never looks as good.

i read alot of comments from that Hong Kond seller when I was looking to buy plastics for my bike. about 1/2 the people had issues getting them to fit right, but for the price i guess it's worth the risk
