Rossi's One Man TeamMotoGP: Valentino Rossi happy going solo - Motorcycle Sport - MCN Smart? Foolish? Arogant? I think its kind of stupid to isolate yourself from half your team. If I wanted to get back into the title hunt Id want as many eyes and brains working on my behalf. Its not like you have to take every suggestion, but at that level why restrict the amount of brains working on your project. Hell, if the guy that emptys the paddock garage had a good idea, does it make it dumb? If it could somehow save him .001 of a second per lap its genious. Why lessen the amount of ideas that can be brought up. But hey, hes the doctor, he knows what hes doin.  |

Re: Rossi's One Man TeamHe doesn't think he needs anyone to help him develop the bike. He hasn't struggled when solo in the past. At this point in his career, i don't think it matters. All motorcycle racers are arrogant... Winners anyway. I liked his book more than I expected to. |
