06-07 GSXR600 Gearing

Anyone know if the gearing on the 06-07 GSXR600 is the same as the 04-05? Maybe I should just ask: "What gearing are you folks running on the 06-07 GSXR600?

Where you getting this? I don't think my bike came stock with a 46 rear? Makes me wonder if either of the rears are correct?

solomotoparts.com
did a search on the K5 600 and the K6 600, and clicked on the Sunstar sprockets. Sunstar is the OEM for suzuki sprockets. I know it's accurate for my K2 600, but that doesnt help really.

Re: 06-07 GSXR600 Gearing

Just checked another site and it appears they say the same thing. I did check my factory sprocket off of my bike though, from two sets of wheels, and both had 45's. This leaves asking the same question... what are guys running at Loudon on their 06-07 GSXR?

15/47 or 48. With a stock motor a 48 should be fine

Doesn't the 06-07 come from the factory with a 16/43? That being the case, that's a huge jump to say 15/47?

Re: 06-07 GSXR600 Gearing

With a stock motor a 15/48 is fine I just hit the limiter in 5th. With motor work I need a 15/47 without hitting the limiter before the 4 board. I could shift into 6th but I don't want to down shift 3 times going into T1.
