anyone NOT running 8" numbers?rules say that you need 8" numbers on the front. i wanted to put my # plate left of center on the bike when i put the new plates on but 8" #s wont quite fit. 6" will but not 8. so is there anyone else with an off center plate that has to run smaller #s and will i get bitched at? Martire? |

Re: anyone NOT running 8" numbers?OK, you didn't here this from me............ I had 5" on the front and 6" on the tail. They newer bikes are a little more difficult to get 8" numbers on. As long as they are legible, there shouldn't be a problem. Just DON'T go to tech and say "Martire said it was OK" |

Re: anyone NOT running 8" numbers? You try reading # when you are standing and I am traveling at 70+ mph Go big. This is an issue. Apparently not in tech. Cornerworking is another issue. |

Small numbers suck for cornerworkers.... sometimes take 2-3 laps to figure out what bike to call if there is a problem. |
