Loudon Breakfast

Hey All,
Any good breakfast joints pre-Track day? We'll be starting from the Red Roof.

+1 on the eggshell, great place, decent prices.

But the Roof does have the muffins and such if you would be fine with that stuff.

What everyone else said...

but if all else fails, I'm told the on site restaurant will have coffee, muffins, etc as well.

It's free at the Red Roof, though.

Re: Loudon Breakfast

There's also an awesome place north of the track, in Belmont at the 106/140 junction. Probably about 5-6 miles...

Don't remember off-hand. But there's a coupla eateries at that intersection and thereabouts. The area often gets overlooked by track goers simply 'cuz no one thinks much about going north. But again, it's less than 10 miles and there's sub/pizza, breakfast, convenience stores, etc. I've eaten at most places around there and it's all pretty good. But I'm easy to please when it comes to food...
