No Doubt You've Been Waiting For Me...Stoneman's Racing Weekend Forcast: Generally speaking, beginning Thursday, temps will start falling a bit gradually throughout the weekend. But I see it staying dry and for the most part, sunny... Friday: some clouds, daytime temps topping out in the low 70's Saturday: more clouds, but dry. Temps topping out in the mid- to upper 60's Sunday: much of the same, but less clouds. Temps will continue the cooling trend and will top out in the upper 50's - MAYBE get into the low 60's I don't see any nightime temps getting much into the 40's though. However, temps will rebound nicely and each day will warm up quickly to reach my projected highs... If you're tenting BE PREPARED! The best advice I can give the new guys/gals about camping at NHMS is to NOT sleep on the ground. Find yourself a GOOD cot or camping bed-type frame to sleep on. The ground there is perpetually cold & wet... Yes. Per usual, you can bank on my forecast...  |

Re: No Doubt You've Been Waiting For Me...Good point! Some don't bother as a decent sleeping bag is usually sufficient... I picked up wunna those Mr. Heat (or some shit) that I use on in my garage. Runs on those 1lb. propane tanks and is safe for tents... |

Re: No Doubt You've Been Waiting For Me...I would agree mostly, but Sunday lookin' (to me) more like increasing clouds after 2am spotty showers becoming overcast, and the lower clouds will move out in the early evening. Boston will get wet for sure, it might dry up for you guys. I'll cross my fingers for ya. |
