Re: Hey Doc

Hey Kitt,
You know I got your back on that pit out pass he pulled on ya.. I couldn't believe my eyes when he did that. He pulled that "look back and then cut your line off" on me in the rain going into 11 in the SB race on sunday during the first race weekend. He squeezed me tight to the inside of 11 and I lost the front trying to avoid him...

Re: Hey Doc

He passed me onthe inside of 3, went wide, so I repassed him ... as we went up the hill he squeezed me into the turn 4 curb, which caused my knee to slam the curb and the cone, which was why the cone was in the middle of the turn mid race.

disregarding the value of life and riding like you don't care who you kill is across the line. the fact that he's tryig to advertise something holy and then rides like that makes it even worse.
yup - agreed

i believe the word to describe that is hypocritical, or is that irony?

that was your fault!??? haha I almost hit that a few times, and somebody did because it was walking it's way further into the track as the race went on...

I also ran over a gsxr fuel tank trim piece in t3 that race... should have had my knobbies on.

Denno - i'd go with hypocritical...

I see a VERY drastic difference between making a mistake, which we all do, and hopefully dont take anyone with us. And a repeated pattern of sheer disregard for other peoples safety, and granted Ive never raced with this guy, but from everything Ive read and heard, seems to be the case here.

If its the piece Im thinking of, the dude endod his bike into a front flip, landed in the tires with the bike on top of him, got the bike off him, got it out of the tires, got on and continued the race. Lots of balls, but pretty dangerous, especially since part of his windscreen was flapping in the breeze.

Re: Hey Doc

From reading some of the posts in this thread, the only thing more unbelievable than this guy's racing ettiquite is the fact that no one's knocked his teeth out yet in the pits.

I can guarantee you that if this guy were in PTwins, every one of us in that class would have gone to Don to have him tossed out a LONG time ago.

i dont feel like starting ww3 with columbia

on a side note, i did go over and talk to him and his pit-mate last year when he pinned it through the inside of t3 braking zone, crossed the race line went wide to the tires, then proceeded to high-side himself in T4 ALL IN A NOVICE WARM UP LAP.

didn't get anywhere with them.

Lets look at the results. Sun7[1].pdf

I neither lost a lap, got a stop and go or recieved a fine.... I was told it was clean when I checked with Johnny after coming off the track before going back to the pits. :

Doc shoulda passed me WAY earlier
I didn't see the flags. Absolutely my bad and lesson learned. Thank you! My poor reason is I WAS concentrating on you while having Dan all over my ass.

I didn't pass you again after my blown pass in 3 because I knew I had motor and would get you on the straight.

I DID SEE the rider on the front straight while we were coming into 12 (#991 Travis Beaudoin), (I remember saying "where are the flags" in my helmet.) I didn't get as good a drive as I could have because I hesitated when I saw him. I saw there was plenty of room and I saw you keeping the pace up so I decided to race you to the line, This all happened in a split second. I think I passed you at the rider. (It WAS close and could have been before OR after).

My not seeing the flags is inexcusable. It will be rectified.

The thing that gets me is that the guy in the Media center (I forgot his name already) seemed to think you were "VERY upset and not joking around". I had said something like "That is my friend Pete" and He said something like "I didn't think he was your friend the way he was talking"

Re: Hey Doc

hehehehe, I told him like 5 times that I was a friend of yours... I'm guessing he said that cuz I told the guy to give you a hard time for not seeing the flags. Glad to hear he listened

The main reason why I did it was cuz you beat me after a questionable pass.... you fukker!

So help me, God... that better be the last time your name is above mine in ULSB!!!

i dont think he'd go beserk... i mean i've heard they aren't the worst of guys, just not the best of racers... I think the potential accusations of race being related to a suspension is holding lrrs back... jeez, they have no problem jumping on most people's backs.

Probably wouldnt help that they made an addition to the rule book this year that non-english speaking riders MUST be accompanied by an english speaking person at all times. If they play that race card it would look to an outsider that LRRS is directing this all specifically at them.
