Ribbed for your pleasure...

Hey guys, I'm making some frame sliders up for my bikes again (yea, I may have used one or two... but i gave a lot away too!). I wanted to add a little style and functionality, so I added "ribs" into the sliders. They look "cool" and they act as break-off points that hold up in crashes, but in theory, will snap before snapping engine mounts and bolts.

I make 2 lengths: 2.5" and 3.5" (I used the 3.5 with my street plastic to help protect the bodywork... and 2.5 with race bikes, to reduce chance of snapping or bending bolts/mounts)

I will also be making similar style swingarm spools.

Not trying to get rich, making them for the team, figured i'd extend the offer to anyone who wants to try them out.

$30/pair for sliders
$15/pair for spools

If you want to see any "tested" parts, come see me in the pits

no, they are on our bikes still haha.

also - the "break-off" groove (center rib) on the new design is deeper than shown, so that it's a thinner wall, and the Delrin knows where to snap.

McMaster Carr is your friend.

I haven't made this run of them yet... just gauging interest... if you guys want some, let me know. If you need extended hardware, i wouldn't go bragging about it, but i can track that stuff down too..

im not sure what that means  but i think youre making fun of me.

SV sliders use the center mounting bolt which runs through the whole motor and out the other side.
