Motard tire deal from Boston Moto

There has been a little talk lately about Motard tire choice and it seems that a slick rear and a DOT front would be a popular choice.

We can offer you a money saving option of taking a Diablo Superbike 160 rear slick and matching it up with a Dragon 120 front.

Price of this combo would be $340 mounted and balanced. This is about $50 less than a slick/slick setup or a Diablo slick rear and Diablo dot front setup.

Just throwing it out there as an option.

Slightly related/unrelated.

You able to get 16.5" front in both slick and DOT? My motard is equipped with a 16.5.

Alex,

I can double check tonight, but I'm 99.9% sure we can't get DOTS in 16.5

Pretty much what I thought. Next question: Can you get 16.5 front rains?

Yeah, we can get em - they are a special order and we just placed ours yesterday so we most likely wouldn't be able to get them until the next big order. Let us know if you want them and I'll include them for you.

Alex, 420's (16.5 tires) are available in fronts for Diablo Superbike slicks and rains. 420 Rears are only available in 190 slicks and 195 rains.

Thanks for the info Derek. Good to know :thumbsup Only have the 16.5 up front so no worries on the rear.

BTW everyone, this is a good deal.
