Looking for glove opinions for those with experience with them, not those who like the colors and think the gloves that they have and only ones they've tried are the best.
Here are what I've used and my opinions of them.
Worst - vanson gloves, the leather disintegrated without even crashing, just melted away.
2nd worst - Held, one crash and they were torn to shredds without even being extensively impacted to the ground
3rd - motophoria, worked good, pretty comfortable, the cuffs tore just from pulling them on
3rd/tie - Spidi TRE Composite, single pitbike race crash and the leather tore like a sheet of paper
best so far - $30 tourmaster guantlets from new enough - still holding up good, leather has gotten a bit hard, dye leaks onto my hands when they're wet or from sweating. Kind of typical for me, I was told due to the PH of my skin for suits and gloves to bleed on me, but it still sucks.
I need new gloves, educated opinions pleasse
I know you had a bad experience with Helds, but I borrowed Dan's Phantoms all last year, he crashed in them twice, I crashed in them once and they're perfect. I think he had to send them back once for a minor repair, but he's wearing them next year regardless. I bought a pair for myself for next year I liked them so much. But they are expensive as fuck.
Sounds like you have the same issue with gloves I have with gold. Nothing lasts, It just gets eatin away by your body's chemistry.
Better in that case to stick with cheap gloves and just use them short term then on to the next pair.

Spidi Pentas, worth every penny - Raced a full season + street on them and you and I know I've crash tested them in various speeds/ ways. 110mph tooThey look almost brand new still. No seams blown. Comfortable, safe, and seem like they will last the long haul. Can't say enough about them.
MotoGP nitrous, cheap - One crash and done, it was a simple low side. Not a fan of the wrist protection either.

For what it's worth, even though I ended up with a broken wrist, my Alpinestars GP Pro's probably saved all of my knuckles when I went over Clayton's bike & landed fist first on the ground.
I've since purchased the GP Techs (a step above the Pro's), wore them for most of the year, track & street and I like them a lot. Very impressive impact protection. Color never bleeds except if I'm in a downpour.
I think I might go for a pair of Spidi Pentas next time just to mix things up & try different stuff.

I have both the Held Phantoms and The Held Galaxies (the ones the Phantoms Replaced) I have crashed both. I busted up my hand with the Phantoms But I really cant blame the gloves No abraisions ect. I do like the galaxies better just because the are less complicated then the phantoms and give better feedback.

Best - Held Phantom (great fit, features, show little wear in crash)
2nd - motophoria - durable ... lasted a long time ... fit was ok
3rd: a* .... fit ok, but not as durable as above two
worst of the worst: joe rocket ... blew apart in one crash

The higher end spidis have worked well for me. Whether gloves survive in a crash is kind of a lottery. I'm not really convinced that any one highend glove is better than another. I have noted that those palm grommets are a bad design, though. Snag and tear.
Fit and comfort are important to me. Whether they survive 5 crashes is not. They are pretty much worn out after a season, so pricepoint is important as well.
My current motoGP gloves were 80 bucks. They have survived a few crashes, but I don't paddle around when I fall. I could replace them without going broke...
I have the older style Teknic Voilators. They've got 12kish miles on the street seeing rain/snow...you name it.
They survived my T6 crash this summer during a TTD. Owens has the photos of me sliding on my hands like a moron. Knuckle protectors took some rash, palms still look great..no seam issues.
They took some time to break in. But they are nice and comfy.
With that being said, they've gone through some changes since I've bought them. www.sportibiketrackgear.com has some youtube video reviews of the violators, as well as different gloves if you've not seen that yet.

I've tried a number of models/brands (5 i think?) and my favorites were A* SP1's...the cuff got a little torn up in a crash but the glove itself was by far the most comfortable and they held up for a full season really well. I think they set me back like $120 on newenough.com. The higher end A* gloves with the hard cuff I didn't like, and the hard cuff wasn't what I was hoping it would be. I had a pair of teknics that I liked a lot with a kangaroo leather palm that did really well, they were probably my 2nd favorite. As for the new Teknics, the high end ones have a weird plastic piece at the bottom of the palm that is supposed to help throttle grip...haven't used it personally but I've never heard anything good about it and people seem to prefer the lower end models simply because they don't have that little plastic piece (even their sponsored AMA riders).
Sorry, I don't really know the model names right off the top of my head but I hope that helps a little.
I wish Joe Rocket still made their original Speed Masters. $150 a pair, and I'm on my fourth year mini racing with them. Crash after crash after crash they are still holding up. I finally had to have one seam re-stitched by my wife, a 1/4 inch spot where the thread got abraded to the point it let go on one finger, after 3 years.
The new Speedmasters just aren't up to the same standard. No reverse seams on the fingers, padding isn't as good, leather doesn't feel as rugged... dunno what I'm going to for a glove next.
I couldnt be any happier with the way my Held Galaxys came through my crash last year. THey got scuffed up pretty good but they are good for another crash or two easily. Id buy another set if they still made them. As it is right now if I have extra cash in the budget Ill be trying out the Phantoms.
Best= Deathrage (Motophoria)
Currently using KOBE. Similar overall construction to my Deathrage but not as good. I can not complain for $80. Cuff is starting to pull apart from pulling the glove on.
Experienced 2 crashes.
Lost one of the brass rivets on the palm and the wrist strap leather wore down on the crash and is now hanging by a couple of threads. Overall body is still intact with zero rips or tears.
