Actually, big time race teams (not unlike NESR) often have different leathers for each rider. What the rider wears (Helmet, Leathers, Gloves, Boots, Skivvies.) is a personal sponsorship, what goes on the bike (Plastics, pipes, rear sets, etc...) is a team sponsorship.

Good point..and they don't even have to be the exact same paint scheme... Just the same sponsors
