Brake Rotor

Does anyone know how much a brake rotor can be bent, or have a slight worp in it before you will notice it (feel a vibration)?
On my second set of wheels one of the front rotors is worpped about 1MM or less. I'm I being anal or will I feel a vibratrion when I hit the front brakes? I changed one of the rotors because it was worpped bad it made the front end vibrate when on the brakes, but I haven't had a chance to put the rims on the bike to see how it is. Any advise?

I have no idea how it got worpped. I bought it from a guy who said it was straight and would replace if it was bent. I sent him a e-mail today to see if he has another one. When I checked all the other rotors I have (5 of them) all are basicly straight, but again I'm anal and they are not 100% straight. The one's I have on the bike now do not have any vibrations when I hit the brakes. Maybe I should just put a tire on the other rim, mount the rim and go for a spin and see if it vibrates.

why not just switch the other rotor over to see if it pulses, which it will if it is warped, even 1mm or less.

A slight layer of rust on a rotor will cause it to pulse, and it will get worse at it gets hotter.

I think I have the problem solved. The guy I bought it from said he has another set of rotors with 700 miles on them, and he would send me one of those to replace the one he sent me.

I stay awake at night thinking of them. "Wave rotors, wave rotors, wave rotors". How and the hell did you get them for $165 was the person you bought them from on drugs?
