I know I know I should keep quite, but the difference between Degsy's situation and yours is: If he gets hurt and can't walk he's fucked. Nothing like wheeled down in a wheel chair to meet you wife at the alter. If you get hurt and can't walk it's not that big of a deal. You have lots of friends that will help you move. The bigger deal should be you don't want to get hurt because of your family. But then again they did give you the green light to race.

I don't ask for help when I move, plain & simple. I've been let down far too many times when it comes time to move. I've learned many times over NOT to depend on others to help with shit like that...

Which means the difference is really that *if* I get hurt, then it's basically up to my wife, my 12 year old, and my 3 year old to move our life from here to there. Not to mention that we're gonna be dropping our asking price by TEN large this week. And you KNOW we're gonna hafta make up for that in our down payment. Wouldn't be at all fair of me to spend hundreds of dollars racing and ask the family to skimp so I can...

HA! Yip, 32 front, 30 rear. Luckily, a bunch of my inlaws are gonna go up today. They can't really afford to spend $20 a person, so they're gonna drop the $5 today instead. Most of 'em have kids, and they think that the race environment may be a bit much for 'em all anyway...
