Another easy pacer................

I guess it's in my blood. I love to travel and explore. Was thinking about exploring eastern NH/Western Maine on Sunday July 11. As usual, an easy pace ride with some sparky moments. Ya can't hold all that HP in, can ya?

This thread is a continuation of the thread http://www.nestreetriders.com/forum/...threadid=11044 . I hope Mike, John, and Tim still wanna ride. If I get the new bike I will prolly ride the RR cuz.........well jus becuz. Ya right..............Not. But I can tell ya I will be at the back of the pack.

Post up if ya wanna come. Hope ta see ya then.

if you guys are going to be hitting the Kanc be sure to do all of 112. Don't just end in Lincoln but follow it all the way to 302. It's in GREAT shape. They just repaved 3.5 mi of it. and you can swing by cowboyrider's place

I'm not so sure that Wayne will want to broadcast the route for all to see, but I can tell you that it will probably be similar to the last ride we did, maybe a bit longer. I personally clocked about 240 miles last Saturday on our ride.

I'm totally down with this especially if you're going to hit up Western Maine... I've been wanting to go riding out there for ages!

Just let me know details and I'm in for sure...

Nothing like undiscovered (for me) territory.

well that sounds like fun with the gold bond. I think I know the routes that Wayne is talking about. It should be fun as long as he can decipher all those highlighted route lines on his map

I was thinkin that Wayne may want to take it easy on fresh, unscrubbed tires. We can take turns leading, again.

Let's hope we have weather similar to Saturday's ride!!!!!

At least the rest of the group will be able to find us if we get lost....

It's still up in the air for me which bike I will ride. It's nice to have a choice between two fine sporting motorcycles.

So John, how did your shoulders/back feel after the ride Saturday? I remembered you saying that your shoulders were already bothering you when we were maybe 1/2 way through the ride.

Who cares if they'll be mad, just go riding. If they know you like a family should, they should understand.

I'd skip everything on 112 east of 93 if it were me but then again, that's not near ME. Niether is 102 down the CT river valley in northern VT but it's another nice ride. Hope you guys hit Evan's Notch, that's a pleasant though a bit bumpy ride and it's in ME. Grafton Notch has OK curves and you can open it up a bit up there since there's not much of anything in the area.

160 is horribly bumpy between Brownfield and Bridgton. Brownfield Road between 153 in Eaton NH and Brownfield ME is pretty good right now.

Wish I could join you but I'm swamped with work at home right now.

Interested

Hello all,

I might be interested in joining in on this ride with 1 or 2 friends as well. Is this a possibility? We are all sane riders, try to keep the squidly stuff to a minimum.

Curious as to where and when the meeting for departure is.

Thanks,

Joel

Oh yeah, I don't think any of you know me. I know skierx, rmbbikes and a couple of other people and that is how I found out about the board. Saw the post about what sounds like a good ride and figured I would post up.

We have not decided on where and when to meet, but typically we meet in or around Nashua NH (Usually Hooters on Spittbrook Road in Nashua) around 9:00 am, but I don't know if the same goes for this ride. I will leave it up to Wayne.
