Best type of day, last minute planning and make the routes up as you go!!! Do one bunch of roads pull over, and think Hmmm where should we go next???

We hit a whole bunch of awesome roads today!!
We even stopped to chat with a local Biker with a Radar gun that took a liking to our bikes! Nice guy, let us off with a warning.. Thank god for that slow LTD that just turned off the street before, or we would have been cooking! Also we should thank the truck that warned us of another speed trap on 124 !!! Another spot we would have been moving along....

Hmm left my house at 8:30 rode 375 miles, returned home after stopping for a with my cousin and watched a little of the sox game to get home 10.. Oh and I missed my hockey game! Oh well, riding today was much more fun!!!

Thanks for joining guys had a great day! Even with a certain someones bad choices.... No harm, but I dont think I will look forward to riding with him again. Although put him in front and watch him go!!!! He can ride!!! I enjoyed chasing him, but was worried about him following...

Ok so, my favorite roads today was the roller coaster, and thse little cut off roads to get to 113 !! And really enloyed 130 over to 100 !!! Sweet!! Best part of the day was the stop at Kimballs for a Brownie Sunday as my Dinner!!!

We'll do that again soon!!! Someone else needs to lead more often though.... I never know if I am going fast enough for everyones liking?? I know you guys wanted me in front because I sort of had an idea of the routes as well as the V1.

Mike

NICE!!!

Would have done it, but met friends from NYC in CT, and had an awesome night at the casino until 2am-ish... Mystery Squid bagged a couple hundred profit...

Conversely, Kham and I did some local trailblazing for which you'll benefit from.

Great day of riding.....

Had a great day riding with the group. The route wound up being very enjoyable even if unplanned. Kinda feeling it today though, pretty tired here at work. Thirteen hours and 370+ miles in the saddle will do that to you.

Favorite sections of the ride were rt 131 and rt 100 in VT. The local twisty stuff is cool but I'm not a real fan of the limited sight lines of the back roads through the woods. Not that that is a problem, all the roads we went on were thoroughly enjoyable.

As far as leading the way, I would be more than happy to take the lead sometimes, however I feel exactly the same way about whether or not I am maintaining a fast enough pace for the group. Yesterdays ride proved to me that I may have lost a little when it comes to pushing it on the street. So, if a slightly reduced pace through the backroads is ok with everyone just say the word and make sure I know where we are going (I am pretty good with knowing my way around in southern NH and VT) and I will be happy to lead the way. Oh yeah, you having that V1 is defintely a plus to your leading the way and there are no worries about you going fast enough for the majority of us, you definitely are fast enough for me at least.

Look forward to riding with you, Brent and Brian again you guys all ride with a good head on your shoulders. Nothing personal against the other member of our riding group I just think that he needs a little more experience riding with a group and realizing that his actions can have a major impact on those he is riding with. But put that man on a racetrack where people are expecting someone to be riding close and passing etc. and watch him go. The man can ride.

Catch up with you guys later in the week.

Joel

Thanks again guys, the ride was awesome!! Sorry about the passing incidents and the McD's pitstop!! Anyway I had a great time, although I never wanted to beat a person senseless with his own dog as bad as that guy that turned around to watch us get pulled over! Well I've been out of work for about 3 hours now, and I'm kinda bored so I think I'll go take the bike out!! hop to ride with you guys again soon!

It BLOWS MY MIND TO READ THAT THE GUY THAT BROKE EVERY RULE OF THE ROAD FROM START TO FINISH DOESN'T WANT TO RIDE WITH ME AGAIN, AND COMPLAINT ABOUT THE OTHER TWO SLOW RIDERS THE ALL WAY HOME, WHICH I THINK IT WAS RUDE, AM SORRY IF I DON'T KNOW ALL THE RULES ABOUT RIDING WITH GROUPS BUT I DO NOW, BUT WHEN I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY TO SOMEONE I WILL THEM RIGHT THERE AND THEN, I DIDN'T COMPLAINT ABOUT THAT SOMEONE THAT MADE THAT STOP AT THE LIGHTS AND THEN CHANGED HIS MIND AND I ALMOST REAR ENDED THE BIKE ON BEHIND HIM, SHIT HAPPENS AND EVERYBODY MAKES MISTAKES, ANYWAY I ENJOY THE RIDE AND THE FEELING IS MUTUAL ABOUT YOU NOT WANT TO RIDE WITH ME AGAIN, BUT THE WAY YOU DID SOME NICE WHEELIES ALONG THE WAY. NO HARD FEELINGS HERE.

THANKS AGAIN GUYS IT WAS A GREAT DAY FOR ME.

SORRY ABOUT THE SPELLING.

I had a discusion with Bri and all was fine... I understand you had no idea about group ride rules. Common sence is still to be used... Some of the things were just plain crazy.. Why would anybody pass another rider on the inside during a street ride??? is that safe? Most certainly Not.. It might not have been in a corner but twice you freeked me out when you came up fast and passed by me on the inside of my lane, as well too Joel.. Not cool. That is one of the reasons I told you where we were going so you could be out in front. Plus I realized you are a good track style rider that was very fast and I was interested in following your lines, and chasing you to see how well I could keep up. I think you ride well but just need to ride with group ride rule knowledge and consideration towards other riders. Then all will be fine and I think you will fit in well with a lot of people I ride with.
Then the turn you speek of was onto 123 S, I put my directional on then my left arm out in plenty of time for making "MY" turn safely. Why you were flying up on me so fast then passing me on the left in the other lane while almost taking my arm off is beyond my understanding? Keep a safe distance. It's a dam good thing I looked in my mirror as I always do, and saw you coming and stayed where I was prior to turning or we both would have been in the hospital. How was that my fault?? You are responsible for keeping a safe distance behind the leading vehicle.. Seriously, it was not a last minute dicision, I know that road well and where the turns are. I tore up that section of road and slowed in time for the turn, nothing out of the ordinary besides my wheely at the begining of the stretch.. What were you doing behind me ? Why were you so very close? or maybe you came up on me fast and did not see my arm indicating the turn that you almost took with you???

So what are all these rules of the road I broke??? Besides speed limits and double yellow passing (That all were done safely)

Anyone else on the ride please speek up and let me know what it is I did wrong on this ride, or any ride for that matter... ANYONE... I want to know If this is true so I can corerrect my riding with groups as well..

I have ridin with many people over the past 6 1/2 years and have never had anyone tell me I have done anything stupid or against ride rules. I am very respective and considerate of everyone around me .. Even total strangers. If I seriously have done wrong by anyone please inform me, I will appologize and correct my ways. I do not ever want to piss anyone off, put anyone in Danger or even the put anyone in the slightest bit of an uncomfortable situation. I love to ride and cherish all the experiences I have had with everyone over my 6 1/2 years of great rides and other time well spent with NESR, SRNE, Speedzilla, Motorush, & Newly joined NTSR, and meeting so many great people that have become a big part of my life today..

Speek freely and please do not bastardize this, This is quite serious in my mind...

Complained about who??? I never complained what so ever.. If you are tryng to shit shit up you better think twice. Fuck that. Thats just

I have no problem waiting for anyone, I respect people when they ride their own ride and not above what they are comfortable doing. The last thing I want is someone pushing there limits in corners and end up crashing. I will wait all day long and not have a problem with it.

I never said one thing like this guys.. That is just Fucked up....

I am a little pissed at the momment. I was over this already after talking with Bri, but you stirred it up again...

I say drop this whole topic, prove yourself a better group rider and get over this past ride. I think your a nice guy and told Brian this, just need to get your head on straight while on a group ride.

Do this and I will ride with you again.

listen, I don't want to argue, what you did wrong or what I did wrong, if you think I did something wrong you should have say something there so I would know all the rules then, and as far to turning on rt 123 I had enough distance but you just slammed on your braked because you almost missed the turn, and as far me passing you or Joel, how the hell I suppost know when you guys get off the gas? first you go all out and then you back off all a once at that speed I couldn't helped I didn't do it on purpuse to hurt someone beside I was way out of you guys way it wasn't even close the way you decribe, anyway you made some crazy passes on double lanes that could it ruin your day and everybody else, I wasn't the only one that fucked up that day but all finger at point at me, I just don't like when people have something to say after the fact when you had many chances to say something to let me know what I was doing wrong, am used to ride on the track so in some cases you are right me keeping the distance, I didn't expect you to bring it here at the forum, you should have say something that day, like I said I never rode with groups before, I rode with Brian and Joel maybe three times before and nothing was ever said about my riding style, so I just want to put this behind me and I hope you enjoy riding, I apoligize if I did anything wrong.

Stay safe
Giuseppe
