heading with a buddy from RI to bethlehem PA then to gettysburg, PA

we plan on leaving aroun 9 fron Prov, RI want to arrive 7pm at bethlehem , pa( right next to jersey border about 1 hour N of philly.)

basically anyone know of some nice roads to cut thru CT with ??
We plan on making a stop at bear mountian at the very least in jersey at least....

any ideas??
the twistier the better but nothign too complicated...
