 May Deals Gap Trip Meeting/Drinking!Who is in for a pre-Gap trip meeting over some  Where is a good central location for most people? There are a few people from RI and a few from NH, the remaining are mainly in central Mass. Any suggestions? I have no problem sticking with Desmond O'Mally's in Natick, but want to make this as easily accessable to everyone. Things to discuss: ?? What would you like to know? Some Idea's: Who is going with whom on the ride? Does everyone have transportation for their bikes? When does everyone plan on heading down? Do people have a route planned or would you like to know the route I take. 15 hours! It's the fastest way as long as nothing happens like construction, bad weather, or unforseen traffic conditions. How do things work while your there? Ride plans/Dinners/ Night activities? And such... This year will be different from any of the previous years. We have never had this many people attend! I think it will be awesome, but I do not think we will be able to keep everyone on the same rides, we will have to break into groups of maybe 6 or so? One of the reasons I strongly suggest everyone bringing their own batch of local maps, and surrounding states. There is a lot of good riding in GA, TN, NC, SC, and even Virginia.. Come prepaired with a map / Maps! Also, Who's in which of the houses. I do have that list figured out. Final amount I also need to figure out and inform everyone what it is. We have just about filled the houses so it should be close to $100 a piece. The deposit most people sent would be subracted from that as long as we do not loose the deposit because we broke something in the houses.... If that happens,(Which it never has) The deposit would be lost to the owners and would still need to cover the total cost. Still around $100. May Deals Gap Trip Meeting/Drinking!To give everyone a little lead time I think this weekend is to short of notice.. Lets pick either a Sat or Sunday late afternoon meet within the next few weeks. Lets say meet around 4 ish and those still around later can grab dinner and some more Anyone have an idea of a good sports bar/pub type place with a good open floor plan that we could all be around one big table and be surrounded by women, tv's, and good beer say in any area from central mass to southern NH maybe??? Speek up people Take a vote for a date.. And write in an idea for a location! April Dates Sat 4/9 Sun 4/10 Mike R (1st) Sat 4/16 Sun 4/17 Mike r (2nd) Any later than these dates and I think it's cutting it too close to the trip. This will leave us time to get our last bearings before it's too late... Whats your prefferances??? Put your name & select for a 1st & 2nd choice meet. Place.. Idea 1: Docs sports bar in Milford, MA ( Huge open floor plan, lots of large TV's and ussually decent women!) Idea 2: JJ's sports bar & rest.. Northboro, MA ( Bar area is jammed with plasma TV's, little hard to get all of us in one area unless we reserve a table in the restaurant to talk, then more into the bar afterwards. (Women, vary by day? Sunday afternoon, not soo much?) Idea 3: There's always Hooters in Nashua! Idea 4: The Brewery Exchange 201 Cabot Street, Lowell, Massachusetts, I do not know much about it, but have heard it's good! |

Whats the weather going to be like this weekend? If it's going to rain I say do it that day so we will not be tempted to ride and can have a few |
