went to Yarmouth ME today and visited the Delorme Map Store

the ride there was nice, no traffic to speak of, I was never behind a cage for more than a ¼mile and only made 1 illegal pass on the way up.

Sebago lake is still icepack, so when your within sight of it, you can feel the cold.

the ride back was not so good, more traffic, still not a lot, Route 160 is frost heaves & sand, took Merrill Hill Rd & Province lake road (partially gravel) back to 153 in Effingham.

I am surprised Province lake road is open, there's one ¼ mile section that is pretty much single track. Route 153 from Effingham thru Center Effingham to province Lake SUCKS, frost heaves, not too bad for sand though

saw quite a few bikes out, 90% hardleys

Wahoo I rode through farmington today. Mousam Lake in acton is starting to thaw out, one person has their docks in. 43 has so many frost heaves i thought my balls were going to come out my mouth.

that particular corner is in about the same shape it was 4 years ago, and it's one of the better ones. Like I said , province lake north to 25 is terrible, I'd rather ride 129 in Loudon

I was on route 129 yesterday (cage), and it's smoothing out fairly well...

watch out for HUGE frost heaves on rte 100 in VT, just north of Mount Snow.

Rte 9 in VT wasn't that bad, and rte 30 (also in VT) was fairly flat as well.
