Is it possible for me to sign up for the ride still? I would really like to come. Id probably be there for just the ride though and not the afterparty. Also I have 2 friends that I might bring with me just for the ride, is that cool with you guys?

if you or them show up....make sure that ALL of you are aware of the group ride rules. the info is posted as sticky-thread in the ride / events fourm.

Anyone is welcomed to join the ride. But if any intend to come to the BBQ after that without warning me first, please be courteous enough to "help me out" with getting more food at the grocery..

Rules on my ride... the pace is moderate, no wheelies around other riders, no squidlish behavior around other riders. Always be considerate for your own safety and others. SAFETY is a MUST! Wait for everyone at the next changing road, no one get left behind. It's gonna be a fairly big group, and I want everyone to come back in one piece.

No, I won't post the time and place again. It is already posted at least TWICE in this thread only (meeting spot, time, phone numbers, directions, etc.) . And as far as I know, there is no "newbies" on this ride. And please, stop making me waste my time if you're not gonna show up!

Bigred was supposed to ride from Providence, but stuff came up. Again, WOTeugene is coming from Waltham (near Boston, right?) so maybe you can tag along with him!

Who is going to have a chatterbox on the ride? I just got my extension cord, so I'll have mine with me. I also got a V1 set up so I can yell into the chatterbox when it lights up

My husband got one of those walkie talkie 2 miles range...he bought a ear phone to plug into it so it's hands free. I'm not sure if it will work with a chatterbox frequences? It's a Motorola...
