Looking at weather.com its a 40% chance of scattered thundstorms. Doesn't sound like anything that would dump for very long, if at all.

Thats sucks...

No riding for me today My bike was supposed to get worked on so I can ride, but I found a better offer...

So now I get to go swimming at a friend of a friends house. I have to work on this one while I'm there. Single mom with a large house, 3 car garage and an inground pool! Met her last night, she's even cute!

1. How many kids and what ages.

2. Check for excess baggage.

3. Is there an ex-husband/boyfreind near by (the kids father)?

4. Does she like to ride?

Sorry Kham, I missed the 9:30 am so I figured you were long gone and did the lonely mans ride myself 215 miles in full leathers was enough, hotter than I thought this morning.

Too bad this didn't work out, I waited a bit after my last post but saw no replies so I just took a ride down to cape by myself instead.

Maybe next time

I didn't make it to MM until 11:30 by the time the girly left and I got my shit together. I did the same thing, local ride and just shot back home cause it really was waaaaay too hot for full gear. Although, since I don't know anyone it might have been tough to recognize people or bikes anyway. It would still be cool to ride with you guys sometime.

Taylor and I and some other kid went out for like 2-3 hours...Blue Hills, my secret twisty road in Westwood / Dover, and then hit 117, 110, 119 and back to Boston on RT 2. I had boots, cotton pants, and mesh jacket on...still hot as hell with just that, but doable. i hope the rain comes soon to break the humidty.

If we are talking about the same road, it's really narrow and *really* twisty. it's also always got sand in a few random turns...definatlly NOT a road you you wanna make mistakes on or get in over you head with. I'm not gonna give out street name on here (PM if you want it). I usually hit it twice in a row...1st loop is kinda slow to see where sand has poped up, second time a bit faster with aquired knowledge of road conditions....and then there is all those hidden driveways, etc.

yup..that's the road. There are a couple of others in that area I'd be happy to show you. They make for a short but fun loop.

I know where your talking about! I have a good way to get there from My house too! I head into Ashland, then a fun road in Sherborn cut throu into South Natick & onto the first good twisty road in Dover I used to ride those other roads in Dover and into Westwood with a friend that knew the area. I get lost now when I go there.

Count me in when you guys do it.

i got almost 400 miles yesterday.... started in ny... hit western rte 2, 8a, 112, 100 and 9 in vt, all over northwest parts of central NH, got rained on a couple times (quite refreshing) and had a blast.

At one point i got stuck behind a harley train (had to be 100 of em in a pack) and when i finally found a truck lane on an incline i blasted by ALL of them at once... as fast as kawaski-ly possible... oh man do you get a wide array of looks from a crew that size... pissed off, jealous, happy, smoking, cool etc....

I got pulled over in Dover today. The cop was nice enough to let me off w/o even a written warning. said I was going 49mph in a 30mph. lucky me.
