Is there anyone that would be interested in doing a day down at F1 in Boston? you know like a NESR thing? im no good at planning these kind of things but i thought if enough poeple were interested it would kinda take care of itself or someone would take the initiative (Degsy) Ive done F1 in Phoenix but never Boston and i know they actually have elevation changes. maybe we could even do the full course

We had a good group that went to F1 a few times over the winter to pass the time, i can't even begin to say how much fun it was. It's expensive though if you want to go and make the trip worth while and get a lot of laps in, I don't think i'll be able to go again until after the race season is over, especially after the July weekend we go on a every other weekend deal at the track

Anyone here have an annual membership? best way to do it is have someone w/ a Membership call ahead, reserve the spots on a Sunday & pay for it on CC to guarantee track time & we can pay them back the day of the get together or sooner. That way it's only 20 bucks a race (the Sunday deal) & the track time is guaranteed to be ready when you get there. There have been times where a group of buddies & I have gotten there RIGHT when they opened on a Sunday & the track wasn't available for hours, but there's also been times where we showed up at noon & the place was empty. Sundays are when it's the cheapest, but it's also inconsistant.

if you guys don't mind hangin out for a few hours then not getting reservations isn't a big deal... we can hang out, play some pool or eat some grub (the nachos there are fuckin AWESOME)

I got the annual competition license and did all the calling ahead when we went in the winter. I have no problem doing that again after the racing season ends. I was calling in the reservations on Friday nights for Sunday. Like you said Pete, Sundays are hit or miss.

The outdoor track would be kinda fun for a change though
