Boston -> NH Mountain Run, Saturday 8/27

Dear Motorcycle Friends,

I welcome you to NH Mountain Run. T

This run will be leaving Boston on Saturday morning and expect to be back to Boston by 4:30/5PM. Here is the brief description:

[...]do you want a nice long ride up in the mountains? I can show you some breathtaking scenary. this Run is not all highway speed stuff, we go from say the 95/93 interchange for about 90 minutes north at @ 75-80mph tops, then drop to some small urban 30mph traffic then some nice switchbackes and onto the kangamagus whish is a 50mph highway that cuts through the mountains. Then we hit north conway, great lunch and shopping sopt, 30mph tops, then mt washington climb, and then the way back is similar.

Does this sound fun or what!!! Invite friends and shoot me back an email with your contact info, if you want to come along.

To join us:

The Woburn Target would make a good start point, head up 93north and the exit right after 93 crosses 95/128 is Commerce Way.

Take Commerce Way and you’ll see Target on the left.

Same route as last time, 93 north to Lincoln, NH (loon mountain) and the start of the Kangamagus Highway.

The Kagamagus is a scenic ride, plenty of twisties and some nice long straight stretches between the ridge lines.

Head up to North Conway, and break if needed.

From there, take the road up to Mount Washington and take the auto road to the top, bring money for the toll.

The ride up is gorgeous and a little unnerving if you’ve never ridden above the tree line.

Take a break and have lunch at the top.

Take the ride back, not sure on the exact ride back, most likely through White Mountain National Forest then down 93.

Let’s meet at Target between 8:30 and 9:00.

Just a word of advice...........If your gonna do a ride do it! I ride with peeps that really don't give a dam what the weather is doing. If you bail on your plans..........let people know. If your gonna do a ride give them enough advanced notice so they can plan.

I wanna go but I really don't wanna travel south to go north. If we could meet at the Manchester N.H. Mall at Best Buy too............lemme know. I would be happy to hook up with the group there.

I Apreciate the advice and will definitley follow it. Since this is my first real ride to NH I don't really know where the best buy is so I don't want to lead people where I don't know.

If u plan on taking 93N into New Hampshire , then trhe Best Buy he is talking about is right of 93N. 93N will split after exit 5 which is Londonderry into 293N. Where the road splits you stay far to your left (293N) and exit 1 is the mall of NH where Best buy is. Can't miss the mall from the highway
