NESR Winter Get Together

OK I booked the date. We have the Ale Makers hall at Redhook on Saturday February 11th (fits about 100 people). We are allowed to have a band (Stony get workin' on it) and we can do a cash bar (beer and wine $4 per Pint) or if we want a limited liquor selection also ($5 each).

Now we will need to put together the rest of the stuff, so any help would be appreciated. Give me your ideas and lets make this a cool event. Post'em up or pm me with your thoughts.

I will be getting info on hotels and prices for Portsmouth next week.

NESR Winter Get Together

Personally I think 50 or more would be a good number. That would fill the room well and split the cost of the hall (although I'm working on getting it for free ). The food can be set up as a perperson cost (need a head count) or as a blanket buffet cost. That is if we what to eat. We could just get a snacking type food set up and let everyone do their own thing for dinner. At this point options are open. I don't want anyone to think I am trying to promote Redhook, it was just a convient place to put it together.

It's starting to gel together so lets keep it rolling.
