It's true. There are no federal laws specifying an offical language of the US. This is why you see signs, ballots, lables, and a number of other things available in alternative languages.

Some states (and I'm not sure which ones) specify an official language but there is nothing at the federal level.

I don't buy that!! you're wrong there!!

the signs,ballots,+ lables etc. are offered in different languages to be helpful because this country's borders are open + unguarded to immigrants of the entire world who would rather come here for the oppurtunities rather than stay in their own shithole countries and the USA allows anyone in without learning our language because we wouldn't want to offend anyone---whereass I don't give a fuck about offending anyone!!!!!!!!

It's true as true can be. Many people think English is the official language because naturalized citizens are required to take English classes but a child can be a citizen of the US but raised in another country only learning the language of that area. There is no requirement for that child to learn English when returning to the USA.
