not sure where Camp Meade is , but just send out a heads up a week before or so, i'll be there. Leave the BBQ Sauce at home boys, there will be no chicken strips on this run. I beat a 954 like it owes me money.

we must rock 242 by jay peak while we are that far up in VT. In my opinion it even beats the almighty rt.17 because of less elevation change. 105 is also a must ride. that is all.

I believe that is what we have called the full size roller coaster road? That road is awesome! It runs east to west just under the Canadian border right???

I think I am going to have to get a few vacation day requests in and head up there Thursday night and return sunday night so I can ride all day Friday Sat and at least 1/2 the day Sunday!

Sorry for shamelessly jacking this thread with road stories, but...
108 thru smuggler's notch is the tightest, steepest mountain pass in VT, second only to Hurricane Mountain Rd. in North Conway, NH . 105 gets a little lame (straight) heading east from Richmond, but the 1st 5 miles just west of 100 are most delicious. Fortunately, law enforcement is basically nonexistant, in my experience. 118 is paved like shit, but it connects the loop and gas stations (and civilization) are rare, so when you see one fillup, (especially on the gasguzzlin' rcfiddy1).

In other news, anyone see the bloodbath in Stoddard ,NH on rte9? 7 Hardlys tangoed with a Jeep and lost . As soon as I heard the report , I knew exactly the spot, a nasty downhill off camber sweeper, that I once ran wide on my rice going like 70, and it's right after a long straight that begs you to jam it. I can't even imagine trying that corner on a Fatboy. RIP.
