Anyone up for a ride through NH, maybe Lakes Region, possibly into VT? I'd like to do seacoast, but unfortunately the good weather will bring out all sorts of stupid brand-newbie drivers along the 1A. Reiobard and I will be around and hope to get a good day of riding in, so if anyone cares to join, post on up. We need to be in the Lakes Region for a friend's promotional party (Red Zone Records, so if interested, we can all go afterward), so we hope to end around dinnertime.

Probably a 9AM departure from a location either in Concord or in Manchester (depending on route and location of other riders), route soon to be determined and up for negotiation

A Manch meeting spot would work, and I should be available, assuming its not raining/thundering as usual. I could actually say hi this time, seeing as I never introduced myself on that first bike night.

Head north into NH, west a bit into VT and loop back down towards Manch for you guys? I could just break off somewhere south in VT and do my own thing, or just head home since I'll be so close.

Nail down a meeting spot and make it happen!

Cool, yeah we can head into VT and back down toward your way, then when you need to break off we'll head back to NH. I'll try to have a route sketched out but if you think of good roads, I am always up for last minute changes, especially cause I have a tendency to get us places we dont want to be..... And a real intro definitely is in order!

Well if need be, you can always crash on our couch or futon the night before. We will probably meet up with people (JeffL at this point) in Manch, so let me know!

Well, i'll get this out of the way now. Propper gear is required and anyone who shows up in less than adequate gear will be asked to not ride with us. I know most of the people that have responded so far and i don't really anticipate a problem but apparently it needs to be said.... also the pace of this ride will most likely not be crazy fast but moderate (speed limit - 10ish over) and if you feel like going faster then head up front and see you at the next turn.

Okay, here's what I/we have come up with so far. Meet time of 9AM, Manchester Mall (since everyone knows a fast way to get there), right in front of the Best Buy. We will head from there to Rte 17 in VT (I will be looking up roads this afternoon, and am open to suggestions), we will stop for lunch along the way and those whoneed to break off after 17 may do so, those who are coming back through NH, we can discuss routes as well.

Estimated time due home (Manch), probably 6/7PM. Like I said, I plan on putting a route together this afternoon, so if anyone has any input, lemme know.

149 is a fun little road. Chased a Falco through there early in the season.

I'll meet up with you guys for the 17 run. I went down there this past weekend and there was sand in the corners coming up the west side, perfect going down the eats side into waitsfield.

I can try to meet up with you on the way to 17/ 100 just tell me where/what your coming into Vermont on.

yeah its running better. still needs the carbs done but i'm to lazy to do it and to broke to let someone else. i replaced the air filter (totally clogged), blew out the ram air. amazing how much better a bike runs when it can breath. still an electrical gremlin but....

you definitely got your moneys worth out of those tires! that things going to feel so much better when you get new shoe's.
