I am planning a motorcycle awareness day with my club and the Army/Air Guard safety offices.

Local motorcycle shops, Clubs, builders, Racers will set up to show off there wares and bring some awareness that bikes are back on the road.

If anyone is in the area feel free to stop in. I will have flyers for Tony's Trackdays, there will be raffles and a some skills events with prizes.

It will be in the Fanny Allen parking lot from 10am-3pm 101 College Parkway, Winooski, VT If you would like more info PM me.

Lastly, If there are any vendors that would like to donate items to the event to raffle all proceeds will go to the Vermont Fallen Hero's memorial (A Fallen servicemember memorial) Please PM me if you would like to donate.

Tony of TonysTrackDays.com has graciously agreed to donate a trackday for our raffle! (Must be used for the April 28th or 29th date)

This comes with help on bike prep by yours truly if you need it and you can join the Vermont contingent going down for this day.

$5 a ticket or 5 for $20. Proceeds to benefit the Vermont Fallen Heros Memorial fund. Vermont National Guard Fallen Heroes Memorial

Got the flyers and was gonna go to Staples to get them printed BUT...

I am hoping to know this week... we may get the OCC chopper "Patriot Guard" Bike to be at the event which might help draw crowds.

I also went to Land Air and Roadside and GM Harley.
Land Air will get with me this week and Roadside gave me a couple gift certificates for the raffle and I am sure Harley will pony up something as well.

On a side note. Mary from Roadside was AWESOME. I was looking at helmets and she was actually interested in try to fit me! First time this has EVER happened in Vermont. Wow.

BTW, both Roadside's product and bike service departments are excellent! Also, for any female riders interested there is a ladies night at Roadside, I think sometime in May, where they do tons of giveaways (including leather jackets, even a full leather riding suit, maybe Icon? last year). Be sure to ask, it's a fun time and there are lots of great prizes!

Let me know if you want any work done to the poster the next couple of days concerning sponsers and OCC...I'll make adjustments and send it to ya for printing...

And Mary is hands-down the best...she hooked me up last summer-drove to my work with my jacket and delivered it to me(special cause I'm awesome, but still fantastic customer relations and service)
