Re: NESR season opener party?

gotcha. my folks have a place in Laconia, .5 mile from Weirs. If we can come up with a weekend that people would be willing to go i can make sure no one will be up there...?

Anything works for me...and hopefully I will not encounter any *problems* to attend the party. I'll surely have one at my place later in the summer, too.

Rob and I would probably be up for a gathering, as long as it is worked around race weekends, and before Memorial Day. After that things get hectic for me with school and family stuff.

I'd be interested in said party, as long as it wasn't too far away.

I'm "IN"...last weekend of May sounds good to me. Friday or Saturday, no Sunday night as most people have to be back to work on Mondays anyway...is the place in Laconia kinda secluded, in the woods or something? It might get noisy....LOL

its part of a condo complex. no ones usually up there that early in the season.
are we talkin' 20 people or are we talkin 50+. Theres a yard, big dock... plus the Naswa is right next store, Lobster Pound within walking, Patricks Pub is about 2 miles and the Broken Spoke is about 4 miles for bar scenes...

i'll double check and see the feasibility of using my place for that weekend. Its definitely secluded and right on a river.

Cool....and we can have a small fire outside? That sound like it would be a good time. If you have a grill, people could bring a cooler with their own stuff to grill, maybe some of us could bring stuff to share like salads and what not. I'd bring my own lounge chair and blanket, a cooler with my booze and food and if you have room, a tent. Don't think I could drive back home that night... (just tossing ideas here...everyone pitch in with yours and let's make a new thread with specific infos date/time/place, etc.)

Re: NESR season opener party?

yea plenty of room, pretty good size yard, a grill, picnic table with the umbrella thing, decent size deck....i'm prob gunna pick up one of those bowl/platform type fire pits to use at the track so i guess we could use that for a fire.

I dunno, no promises but I'll check....its the parents house so, its kind of up to them haha.

Peabody, MA. I have a 2 grills, a yard with plenty of room for tents, Unlimited parking. I'm not secluded tho, its a relatively quiet neighborhood (you won't have to worry about your car or bike getting stolen or broken into. I don't assume the neighbors will complain. I just had a party here on friday with about 60-80 drunks and didn't get one trip from the po-po.

Oh, I was hoping you were close with him, he doesn't seem to like me very much. When the police are called because of my parties its cause of him.

Hey man, not much.. I'm real annoyed with this winter! Is this normal?! I'm ready to bring the bike out of the garage already!

I'm not too familiar with where Hopkinton is.. but I'm sure you are familiar with all the hot spots to ride too, eh?
