I have been thinking about this for some time, but didn't get off my butt to do anything about it. I work for Redhook and we have a large meeting room that could be used for a NESR off season gathering/meeting. It can fit over a hundred people, has a bar and our kitchen can do food if necessary. Maybe we could get Pete at GMD and a few other venders or LRRS guys to do a clinic, show off their stuff and get rid of some winter non-riding blues. Not too mention I can give everyone the Deluxe tour of the brewery.

Thoughts, ideas, etc. ??????

I would need to find out available dates for that room. In addition if anyone (Pete are you out there?) has contacts to vendors or whomever would be interested in showing something off or chatting about something. Ideas for subjects would be helpful in this area.

I would also have to get a rough head count for attendance if we can get that far. Probably the first step is to see how many people are really interested, then determine a date.

Lets make it happen soon (March sounds like a reasonable time frame) if it is going to happen.
