I'm not sure about a hotel, I suppose you could search the web for one, its charlemont mass. right on rt 2.

Any one is welcome on theis trip , if you want to bring children by all means, I can not vouch for the rating of the subject matter around the evenings camp fire. But by that time most youngins would be in bed anyways.

As I said before there is plenty to do out in western mass there will be no formally planned events all though I am sure groups will form for different activities. Its Just your basic camping trip .
Bring your street bike if you want to rip up some twisties. bring your dirt toys to play in the state forest. bring an innertube to float the river. Or just bring a chair to relax in all day.

I figured everyone could do their own thing all day and get together around the camp fire for some bull shitting.

As for RV rentals I am not sure about NH but there are a couple places in MA that rent them Rent N Roam RV. I think they are on the web. They have driveable ones and towable ones.

I am pretty sure the campground has full service bathrooms with showers. I will know more details when I call to get info, as they don't have a web site.

By the way, this sounds like a great idea, and finally it's something not too far from me!!!! Yeah!! I"d rather not bring the kids and relax, but it's nice to know we can bring them if no other option.

Okay folks here it is.
I called to get availability and of the weekends I listed the only one they have available is
AUG 26 - 27

So I guess that has to be the date in order to work around all the race weekends.

I will call her back tomorrow and put my name in for some sites.

If you are interested in doing this trip you will need to book your site now as in with in the next few days. She said that july is already full and they sell out quick.

So here is the deal its a normal camp ground with hot showers and such. A resturant and pub on the grounds with a live band sat nights.
a tent site is 25 a night
a site w/ h2o and electric is 30 a night
a site with h2o electric and sewer is 35 a night.
