Motomarket in Acton, MA is starting a seminar series beginning with a talk on Risk. The talk will be based on an article I wrote for MCN earlier this year and will include a personal risk survey.

This won't be a preaching session, but a discussion about the risks of riding and the solutions many riders have found to reduce risk while making riding more enjoyable.

About 45-50 people showed up. It was a big crowd, so we packed into the MSF classroom behind the shop. Good to see a lot of friends there. It was a loosely structured event with a lot of discussion. It was my job to keep it on track and to get at least most of my planned points across.

The subject of risk is so big, so there was a lot of information and discussion in a short period of time. The next event will cover a topic that will be a bit more defined. Suggestions?

Maybe start a little later in the year ?
A great way to breakup winter months !!!
I wanted to go just couldn't get there ,,,, I did send my cousin David . I guess his accident was a discussion topic ???
Can you post the CRIB NOTES so others can cram for the next test ?????

We're talking about doing another one before the holidays and again in January. There's plenty to talk about.

Was your cousin the guy with the shaved head? I was glad to talk to him about how he can avoid having a similar crash happen again.

He's back to riding after taking 10/15 ? years off ,, told me he got a lot out of going .
