I'm hoping I can make my own ride, I broke my clutch cable today on a ride around Lake Winnipesaukee, a pia, I had to do the last 60 miles with no clutch, cable is on order, hopefully it will be here mid week

I'm still trying to get a voltage regulator. I can put off the warrenty work till after the ride.

my broken clutch cable turned out not to be broken, instead, the clutch releas mechanism split where the cable connects, I may be able to lasso it together with a mini hose clamp

weather is still questionable temps in low 30's 50%chance of snow.

go or no go is likely to be a decision made on Sunday morning if I can get my clutch working adequately

ok, hear's the plan

forcast for sunday is 30's, cooling in afternoon, 50% chance of rain ending early moring , 50 % chance of flurries in affternoon

I will look at green blobs on radar as easly as possible sunday morning make best judgement

Meet at McDonalds as Alton Circle, Rt 28 & Rt 11
Leave at 10:am ride north on 28 & 16 to Kanc, cross Kanc, ride south on 93 to Tilton

stikkin to primary roads cause of front heaves on secondary roads

depending on weather stopping to eat at tilton diner, everybody on ride goes there own way, I will head home on 140

If I'm not at McD's at 10, go without me, I'm not makin my own ride

Still no regulator. I'm trying to pick one up tomorrow but it doesn't look like the weather will be worth the ride.

Where are you planning on watching it?

I won't be riding the kanc this year... weather conditions are perfect for carb icing, this morning and possibly all day and I have a concern for black ice when it turns colder toward the end of the ride

I may go out for a shorter ride after this next band of heavy rain comes thruin a couple hours, possibly a 100 mile loop around Winipesaukee

Cleared up good in the mid afternoon, went out for a couple of hours, didn't have time to get to the Kanc & back though before dark, about 75 miles, got caught in one short rain shower, roads were wet north, dry south

Same here. I went out and did about 100 miles on some back roads. It's fun flat tracking the Hawk around some of the dirt corners.
