this comes a little late, as i can only stop in to NESR occasionally now (from mom and dad's) since my computer STB, but hopefully being fixed this wkend. BUT i wanted to say, DOC, that i'm glad you mention (a WHILE ago..) a charity thing. i've been thinking that for about a week, just unable to post it! no ideas yet though... i'll try to come up with something... anybody else have any? goin to connecticut tomorrow to fix my jet, but i'll see you guys all tuesday... right? (if i'm not the only guy to show up at donny's)!

Sorry i've been MIA from the thread for a bit.

I went to buy my canoe last night and was riding through Mallets Bay.

Saw that New York Pizza Oven (right near Mazza's store) has a decent location. Right on the strip in the bay, kinda out of the way area, not many houses or camps right there.

And, because of the parking issue, i'm assuming not bike night at Donny's this week?

We will be going on a ride to scout locations teusday night. Details to follow.

Yup...Bike Night is still offcially at Donny's until further notice. If things work out, I'd assume that we'll stay till the end of the month, then in August move to the new location...give us some time to talk things over and such with the new venue.

SO, this week, group ride to a few spots (the top three) and still meeting at Donny's, gonna have a little Pep Talk from your friendly neighborhood Kawi Rider bout gear!!!

My cousin just purchased an 06' 1000rr (red/black) with 5K on it in NH and we'll be driving down either on Monday or Tuesday to pick it up!

I'll will post a ride schedule...

Most likely we will trip down Williston Rd. and hit Chicken Charlies, Al's, Marco's, Ground Round ETC then to Essex for New York Pizza, Very quick stops to check out parking on a Teusday night and possibly go inside to check the ameneties...then back to Donny's to Discuss.

We should leave on the ride around 730-8pm

Nine days, actually. Got back a day early. Last day was a little under 500 miles.

So if I manage to make it up tomorrow night (which I'm hopeful I will...got the oil, filter, and oil screen changed tonight, then adjusted the chain slack, so I should be good to go), is there a particular time I should be shooting to arrive for (keeping in mind that I've got a hair over two hours of travel each way)?

We can't park on the sidewalk at all now? I can't imagine there being enough parking spots for all of the bikes without the sidewalks. Last week we had two sidewalks and two parking spaces packed full.
