It rode fine for me. what the problem is.

I'm @ The Fours @ 5:30 for the Wife's last day’s clinical party. If I can get away I may Pose tonight on a filthy (repaving rt93 dirt) dirty yellow 929 on the Nube.

I grew up on the track with a 3 month old 929. Jamie put his 848 on the track after 1 week. They are machines that are meant to run. Not run from.

Shit, I put my Tuono on the track 2 days after I picked it up from the previous owner, BEFORE it was even registered in my name.... OR insured for that matter!

If you don't wanna crash, don't put yourself in a position to crash. In the thousands of track day laps I've done, I've crashed ONCE. There's still plenty to be learned w/o pushing the envelope.

but now we're getting off topic.

Jim, like denno said, you can't say shit till you've been there

Re: (Thursday Night) Newbury Pose: Part 4

i guess ill have to go to a trackday and see what kind of track riding it is. in my head i imagine its like those superbike track races with 90+ degree turns and knees dragging back and forth. in reality its probably not that hardcore unless you want to race at that level

In that case, you'll get a good chuckle out of it when you see Red group out there for the first session of the day

July 15th & 16th is the next Tony's day... c'mon up & spectate for free, or better yet, cornerwork & earn money towards a future track day

You have been watching too much racing my friend. You ride at your comfort level.

Picture this.
A road with no catch basins/ no cars/ no sand/ no speed limit/ no deer and antelope/and a bunch of friends.

Chris was a RARE victim of circumstance.

Sorry no Ice cream

Tape or remove mirrors, put a hose clamp on the oil filter, disable tail lights.... um.... yeah, that's pretty much it as long as your bike is in good working order.

Takes me all of 5 minutes.
