Breaking Stonnerstock News!!!

This years events are gonna be photodocumented by none other than Ken Mitchell of www.motorsportpix.com!!!

For those that don't know by now, Ken does incredible work and is extremely revered within the LRRS scene. It'll take him a few weeks after the event to get all the thumbnails up on his site. But I STRONGLY encourage everyone to purchase repro's from him once they're ready...

Again, his work is top notch and he stops at nothing to get the best possible results. The repro's are nothing but super high quality and worth every penny...

Let's make sure we all patron Ken with this venture we've worked out and make it worth his while...

Breaking Stonnerstock News!!!

Mug me? Oooh...I love it! Don't forget the reach-around!

Seriously now, I'm honored to be a part of the festivities. That said, I want you all to know that I separate the "working" photography business from the "families & friends" photos. I'm not looking to make money for something like this, just want me and everyone else to have a great time.

I'm working on something to have any interested parties leave the event with a photo-CD in hand for no more than $10. (I do have some SERIOUS $ tied up in photo gear, so appreciate a wee bit o' help.)

What I will do for you all is bring not only my regular digital SLR and lenses, but also my battery-powered flash unit (2-3 flash heads, power pack, stands, umbrellas, etc.) With that gear I'll set up to take REALLY kick-ass "bike & rider" photos, as dramatic lighting really makes a good photo GREAT. (Perhaps some of you would like to find some willing ladies for some shots too, as this site should have some of the kind of photos that other fine m/c sites have. )

I'll be working on this with Stoneman, hopefully we can "make it happen". One caveat: I may have an assignment with a particular publication to get certain coverage of the FUSA racing action at NHIS, If that's the case, I may have to occassionally skip out to actually work. Sucks, I know, but I kinda need the fame.

All the good memorable action shots will be from 10pm-2am saturday night so i don't think you'll be sneaking out for race coverage

The shots I get in that time period, Mr. R7, will hardly be considered "action shots". Isn't that just about the time you're noddin' off in your spew? R7 + =

O wait, that IS action, ain't it!
