Lunch ride today April 15

I'll be taking a lunch ride on some twisty southern NH roads today. I plan to ride through Plaistow, Newton, Kingston, Danville, Sandown, Hampstead, Salem and Haverhill MA avoiding numbered routes wherever possible. Anyone care to join me? Timing is flexible. I'm in North Andover MA at 495 Exit 48 and plan to ride up 495 to Exit 52 to start the back road part of the ride. Might have company of some fellow bikers from work.

I think I'm gonna take half the day off today...so I may very well be in that area mid-day...but it'll be closer to 1pm before I get out on the bike.

That's right. It's the 110 exit for Haverhill Merrimack. I'll be there at 1.

Look for a green bike, poorly operated by an ugly guy with a hideously huge head. That'll be me.

Sounds good. I'm assuming Rachel will be coming along with me, so we'll be 2-up on a blue zx-12.

Yep, thanks for letting me tag along, it was a good ride. It was obvious to me pretty quickly that I was out of my league riding with you two, which was a good experience for me; shook me out of my comfort zone a bit, while at the same time I could hang beack and watch you two take the curves, try to imitate as best I could at lower speed.

Hope I didn't keep y'all waiting too much at the stoplights, I really appreciate how courteous you guys ride and I'd like to do it again sometime. Meantime, I'll be out practicing holding my line in the curves

It's all good Darrell. We all ride at different skill levels...and as long as everyone rides their own pace and doesn't get in over their head trying to keep up with better riders, everyone has a good time. I'm glad you had a good time, I know I did.

See you guys around.

It was nice meeting you Darrell, Josh and Rachel. I had a great time on the ride and am glad you folks were able to join me. I hope my pace wasn't too pokey. I don't want any tickets.

Darrell, I thought you showed great restraint and maturity for not trying to keep up in the twistier bits. It's that kind of mentality that makes it easy for folks to lead a ride. And no, I din't mind waiting up at all.

Heh, I try to keep my ego in check while riding, I'm still new at this. Gets me in less trouble that way. It felt good to get out of my comfort zone for a little, but it's tiring, felt good to know I could hang back when I needed.

It was cool to watch two experienced riders from right up close too, I must say. Never had that opportunity before. The way you guys fall effortlessly into those turns...it's really a sight to see.

I'm gonna agree with the nonsense talking guy, NESR people are the cat's ass That is a good thing, right beet?
