July 3rd...Who has it off?

So I have Friday off as a corporate holiday...who else does? The weather *for now* looks like it's going to be nice. I am looking at doing a good few hours as my fiance is working all day (hospital jobs for the loss.)

OK so leave my place around 9 or 10 AM? From where I am there are some great roads heading westward, lots of really good routes we can put together.

Pace will be spirited in the right places, but we won't be pretending we're at Loudon all day, or a stunt contest. Most on here know of my recent encounter with the law so I must stay under the radar for quite some time.

Post up here if you're down, or have any route suggestions. I down for whatever!

I'm afraid to say I do, every time I plan to ride, Mother Nature cries all over me!

I'm heading from the Worcester area up Rt 100 (VT) for as long a traffic allows. Once the traffic sets in, I'm heading home!

If anyone is interested in a moderate pace, let me know and we'll make plans.

Ride would start in Central MA, I live in E Brookfield which is near Sturbridge/Spencer/Leicester, that type of area. Depending on the group we could meet elsewhere if we have many coming from the Boston area or what not. I'm open on a meeting point I just want to ride.

Rule of thumb, NEVER post the weather You're screwed now.

I might be up for this. I actually have this holiday off. (Since it is the last day of my employment with the current company. Start a new job Monday.)

At this point I don't think posting it could make the weather change any worse, it's not like one minute it's raining and the next minute it's raining for the past three weeks or anything

I had my choice of either Friday the 3rd or Monday. I took Friday but as of COB yesterday I'm on vacation. Need to do some riding, but don't we all! C'mon warm DRY weather!

Not planning on staying out late, we have dinner plans that evening so I'll need to be home mid-afternoon. I want to buzz out early though and get a good few hours in, stop for lunch someplace, and make a decent ride out of it.

Oh yeah, got my license this weekend

and will be able to head out your way after work now and not worry about getting putted over on the way home for no license in the dark.

Nice, most days this week I can do after work, Thursday we meet with the wedding photographer.
