the Route I usually take has a portion of slab to make time, Departure Time would have to be 7:00am for me, it would be a 450-500 mile ride + what ever it takes you to get here, I don't doddle around much when I am riding.

I haven't decided yet, but this'll prolly be the only Sunday this summer that I have for a 500miler, I might be up for lunch in St. Georges, Quč. In that event, make sure you are prepared for a border crossing and a Canadian Insurance card.

your pretty close in kennebunk, you could take 99 to Sanford then 202 to Rochester then RT 11 to Farmington, prolly 45 minutes, there are some sweet back roads in between toobut I won't give out all my secrets.

I don't know if I am up for a 500 miler. definitely not to quebec. Maybe we could head out towords Vermont or something. I really don't want to gun down on the highway if at all possible.

Kham, why would you be out? Don't want to go to new york? or to Quebec?

Is it supposed to be nice then anyway? I hear rain all week through the weekend. Sure hope that isn't the case.

I would really like to group ride this weekend tho. I could prolly do NY although I'd be sore. But what the heck.

August 10th a "REAL" ride

Hi guys. Sunday sounds fun, but I don't know if I can make it. My wife should be coming back from vacation that day, and will prolly be looking for some relief from the liluns. I'll try to talk her into letting me go..."Hon, I couldn't ride all week cuz of the rain... so there is this little ride sunday..." Something like that usually works, but I'll have to leave REAL early before she wakes up and changes her mind. I think I'm definitely out if you plan on riding to canadia, I don't know what all it takes to get across the boarder, and I prolly don't have time to get it. Oh yeah all this is contingent on having any tires left after a thursday/friday overnighter. Yes nate I am down to the wear bars. Yes Randy I will be getting the Avons. And yes George W. Bush the check is paying for them, thank you. Living proof of economic stimulous.

I like Canada. I do not know what a Canadian Insurance card is though. I never needed one in the Car. Whatare they, why would we need them and how can we get them?
