I might be interested. Was suppose to work, but I hear it's going to be a nice day for a ride. Going to the BEAN?.., and doing some CT. twisties? Probably I good idea ..with the leave peepers heading north, 495n was jammed this afternoon.
I'm thinking of banging in and joining. I'm in Shrewsbury. There's a diner, Mrs.Macks, @ the Rt122 exit of the pike(rt122.90. and 20 intersect there) on Grafton/Worc line. What time have you decided on starting?

Glad I took the day off from work. Well worth it. great weather, ride, etc.
BTW that tire repair kit that kept us moving forward...I got it at Perfomance Cycles in Shrewsbury...about $40.00
I guess Mycirus made it home OK..the tire holding pressure? I'm curious.

Yup, I made it. You were a lifesaver. Thank you so much. Let me know if you need some cash for some co2. That half hour fix was sweet. I made it home alright. Did some evasive manuvering on the pike cause there was a trooper with bues on the other side. We took 84 to 20 just in case he was gonna do a u turn and come after us. The plug is holding but my riding season is done.I am thinking I may get a new tire and burn the one I have off on video. I am not sure I am confident with a plug in. Thanks again though. It was great riding with you.

Sucks about the tire. I'm on my second set of M-1's. That tire is great. Tried a few others in my career, and I'm sticking with Metzeler . I'm going to see if I can just order some more tire plugs. The C02 is the same cartridge that supplies the old pellet gun with power. There are similar kits to the one I used to fix your tire, but the cartridges are some funky size that's hard to find, so beware if you decide to pick up a kit. Glad I could help out. And have fun on your trip.
BTW; after seeing what it takes to completely burn off a tire(camping in the LOT @ NHIS during Bike Week), and that tire being new, I'd like to see you try burning off that thing. You be fukin' amazed at the level of abuse a tire can take
