Tomorrows weather is going to be perfect. Who has the day off?

Up for any ride, anywhere. Probably not a full day event, but need to know asap. If this happens I have to work a few hours tonight and can avoid it tomorrow!

id be down for that but ive put the bike up for the winter. bike needs a rear tire thats why i put it up so soon. ive got it here at work so i cant even get it tomorrow if i wanted to

Oxx, I would offer you the SV but it is half torn apart for the street fighter modifications, so technically it's up for the winter also.

I don't have a route exactly no. But your closer than NH, so I would be up to meet. I am close to the NE corner of CT.
I can PM you my # so you can text me or call and we can figure out a place to meet up.

I reallt don't care were we go, just get out and enjoy the weather for probably the last best riding day of the year!

Anyone else in this next of the woods going to come out and play?

Maybe a road trip to the Tilted Kilt in CT for lunch??

im game but youd have to deal with a 2 stroke and a small gas tank. I need to refuel every 50 miles or so, 75 if i feel like possibly pushing it.

Let me know if you want to meet up. Im trying to get a ride going around me but it doesnt look likes it going to happen.

What happened? You didn't quite make it to the next gas stop or you didn't add your 2 stroke oil?

im not positive yet what happened. ive only had time to pull one head and it holed the piston. some signs of detonation leads me to think the last gas station we filled at may have been the issue. Pump and oil appear to be fine. maybe a timing issue but was fine last i checked.
im trying to figure out what i should do with it now. probably rebore and new pistons is all it needs to live but i really should check the bottom end. i can also use the time to redo the entire bike while i wait to rebuild the motor. im just glad it was at the end of the season and i had a hand getting it back.

What is the bike, an RD or something? Maybe an air leak, intake boot or crank seal? That is the typical cause on a snowmobile engine anyway.
