BTW.. The remaining cost per person not subtracting the deposits sent would be $111, for those that already gave me the depost of $50 only owes 61 bucks! Isn't that nice!

House 4/week = $825, - Bruces $50 contribution for a 2 night 3 day stay leaves $775 by 7 people. How do yo ulike those #'s... Not too shabby, and everyone will have there own bed!

Nice to see you guys over a few and get a few details worked out! Having a nice waitress with biggins was nice too!

Randy: FYI, we are all leaving Saturday morning and getting a room for the night in Bristol TN. Not sure which hotel/motel yet? Departing the Sunday to be arriving at Tree Tops for 10 AM and going for a local ride, probably down the Gap and Cherohala.

Food for the week will be the same as last year, kind of play it by ear.
KB is bringing all his tools and an air compressor along with tire changing tools.

Other than that everything is the same as always!

Should we all exchange Cell #'s viw PM ? I have Keiths, and Jamie's and will be exchanging with Clayton so we can communicate on the way down for the meet in Bristol plus in case anything happens on the way down we may be able to help one another out..

the Trailer is done, and I am all set using by buddies truck. (A real truck! Chevy 2500HD EXT Cab) Shouldn't even feel the trailer behind us! Bike is good to ride but still have to repair the exhuast. Parts will be in on Monday Only thing missing is my left rear directional and left brake light.. I'll try to figure that out...

Oh I just remembered, Clayton recalled it being chilly at night last year and there were not enough extra blankets, so I suggest bringing something for yourself.. Oh and trunks if you want to use the hot tub.

Hows everyone else doing preping 4 the trip??

I'm nowhere near ready to go.. I have a lot of shit to take care of at work this week.. I am counting on my dealer to have my bike ready by Tuesday evening they have a lot of work to do on it.

I know I am forgetting something else too, I stripped my radar detector, sigma speedo and klr handgards & mirrors off before I dropped my pogo stick off today, I will have to put all that stuff back on before Saturday and I have a couple of evening business meetings this week that I am not even prepared for yet.

Went on the anniversary trip with the woman over this past weekend. Was up by Mt.Washington from friday till late today. This is gunna be a very busy week since I didn't get much of anything done tonight.

Still have to finish wiring the trailer, swap the trailer ball, oil change in the car and bike, bend the rails on the trailer to fit my large rear tire, pack, make chili, etc.

I should be all set by Tuesday night. Jon is comin up with his bike on Friday night to stay over and get the car ready (trailer and everything is gunna be ready come 5:00AM, just wake up and leave hopefully).

Watched that Deal's Gap DVD today. I CAN'T WAIT!

I mounted the Pilot Sports that I got in last friday on saturday am. Put a few miles on them. NICE tires. They atay stuck alot more than the dunlops. Now I know why they call them Dunslops!! I usually stay with a tire that I know. That's mostly the reason I have been reluctant to try anything other. Jamie talked me into the Michelins. I like them alot so far.

I will be packed up by thursday night. I'll take a ride to where ever the trailer will be on friday night to drop of my shit and bike.

Jamie, Mike we'll have to figure the above meeting location. I think we figured Jamies?

As far as the hotel goes, i would suggest we all sleep comfortably (no Floor space) Saturday night so we will be well rested to put some miles on the bikes Sunday!
