For sale: 2002 Kawasaki ZRX1200R, Like New with only 3K miles for $5,500

I need to sell the bike because I'm moving to the west coast. It comes with Corbin Gunfighter and Yoshimura exhaust as shown in the following picture. I've always garaged it and only ridden about 3,000 miles. It's never been down. Looks and runs like new. Asking $5,500 or I'm willing to take a compact car as trade-in . The bike is located in Belmont, MA.

That price seem VERY low for a bike that has only 3k on it?

More detail about the pricing. According to the KBB report (Click the URL at the bottom), 2002 Kawasaki ZRX1200R's retail value is $5,610. This value assumes the bike has 15,600 miles (I have no idea as to how they got this average, though) and it has no after market equipments. The kbb trade-in value is $3,870. But the bike needs no additional work and it comes with a like-new corbin seat and yoshimura exhaust. I think this deal is a win-win deal for both me and the would-be buyer. (maybe too generous according to MissTwisties? :-) ).

Sorry....I'm not the one who can say what's cheap or not...I just tought....a ZX12 for that price with low miles...I guess bikes loose value very quickly uh?

Good luck selling it. I'd bring my bike with me if I were you!

Heh, bikes lose value quicker than a box of opened condoms

Just check out the blue book value of last years models if you need any proof of that... lose 20 - 30% of value first year. Moral of the story? Buy Used, Buy Yuji's bike!
